Every chance it could happen, the current government are re-opening the Oxford to Bedford line so there is a recent precedent. He is a good constituency MP (even people quoted in the We Want Falmer book admit that) and has a very good chance of getting re-elected.
You refer to the "council" delaying the building of the hotel - would this be the current Conservative administration on Lewes District (Lib Dems are the opposition) or the current Green administration on Brighton and Hove?
Don't agree with him on Falmer but he is a good local MP for Lewes and surrounding area, would much rather keep him than some idiot with a blue rosette.

Take a look at the Loot newspaper - also on line - normally some good options there tho' the best ones go very quickly. Balham/Clapham North also has quite a few places for rent.
Worth saying (once again) that not all Lib Dems opposed Falmer. In fact some of us lobbied inside the party for Lewes Lib Dems to drop their opposition to the stadium (eventually meeting with success) and don't forget the Brighton and Hove Lib Dem councillors always voted for the stadium. Other...
