If you have tight achy muscles. i.e. thighs and above knees. Is it better to rest them until it stops aching, or to stretch them regularly?
Any advice would be appreciated :)
I never used to be a fan of Seagulls, the mess, and the dive bombing this time of year. We have had a few nest a few houses down from us for the past 4 maybe 5 years. I tried putting spikes on my room in the roof window roof to stop them walking across and also a fake owl. Nothing worked, and...
From all the teams I've seen, the team I've personally thought are the toughest and most resilient is Italy. I think England will do well (be wise) to follow their tactics - I suspect this is Roy's plan.
Anyway, Big Jim's prediction is Italy to win the Euros. :)
Just heard that the highly amusing Richard Herring is live at Ropletackle in Shoreham tonight and tickets are still available.

Hi Chaps,
I heard the sad news about Stiliyan Petrov, and this brought home very much my personal situation where my little 3 year old boy has AML (a nasty form of Leukeamia) and is about to have a bone marrow transplant with 50:50 chance of survival.
With this I have decided to do a long bike...

("France were there for the taking and Ireland didn't do it. Same old story."
The Irishman, who made 65 appearances for the Republic as a player, continued: "If I'd been there in the dressing room after the game, I wouldn't...
I love to look out my top window and find great amusement at my neighbours running about getting their washing in. In a fluster, often windswept and getting wet.
Does that make me a bad person?
I remember reading this online in the argus/ hearing it in the press conference.
"Tony Millard has just told Poyet he is Albion's first foreign manager. He replied: "I didn't know that, I'm very proud. I hope I'm not the shortest-lived manager as well!" The new boss seems to be enjoying this...
I'm not sure if anyones posted this already (I didn't see anything).
But i just heard on the radio Alan Brazil shout "Seagulls" and said that Gus Poyet is doing an interview on Talk sport in the morning. I think he's on between 6 and 10 am.
Again, appologies if it's already been posted.
I just went for a quick stroll up the back of the house and walked past a farmer who was standing near the gate on his land.
I walked past and said the usual good afternoon's, etc, and asked why he was standing there on such a cold day.
He said he was trying to win the Nobel Peace prize by...
I was in Stockholms Arlanda airport last week, and heard an announcement for Mr J. Bjornholm to go to gate 4 immediately as his flight was about to depart to Helsinki.
Next thing you know, I saw him run past me and then he disapeared into Finn air.

Have always thought that exercise is the best medicine. For all that we pay on prescription charges and expensive drugs wouldn't it be great if that money went towards my extortionate gym fee's (That many people can hardly afford).
Looks like the brummy's...
Is it just me, but if you've travelled all day, had a few beers and are just about to watch your favorite team play in a final (and they haven't been in one of such importance for 30 years odd). If the screen suddenly fails 10 mins before kick off, and you're told to go to somewhere 40 mins away...
