Don't you think its time for a change of clothing, if you've been wearing them now for 5 months you must smell a bit! In fact I can smell you from here!
I might be dreaming but wouldn't it be nice if you could pre-order and pay for your food and drinks before leaving home and just present the staff with your confirmation at the till and hey presto no money passes hands at all. Might save say 10 seconds per transaction and they would know exactly...
Further to one of my previous posts I will also add that Stu Laming told me face to face that they are trying to get service down to 50 seconds between customers and that they were nearly succeeding. He kept a straight face. I suppose if they keep telling each person "sorry we've sold out" then...
This is the BIGGEST problem - total lack of consistency between kiosks and even between staff. Surely they are briefed before the stadium opens for business? Okay that's obviously too much to ask for!
At the Southampton game there was a chap who wanted to pay cash for his order but also wanted the staff to apply the 10% discount being a ST holder. By the time three members of staff had tried to explain the system to him it had taken a further 3 minutes, holding everyone up behind him...
Exactly. After my face to face discussions with Stu Laming he assured me they were aware of all these problems, and things have improved in the WSL, but I think there is still an awful lot that needs improving. "Should" be doing something doesn't mean that the staff are actually doing it!
Just some of my previous discussions with Stu included:-
1. Food runs out by 2.30pm? Answer - this should not happen and each kiosk employs a Superviser who should be keeping an eye on the food levels. If this happens then they can call upon other kiosks to take extras from them to cover the...
Yup and all discussed with him previously. I think what would be good is for Stu to issue a clarification of the clubs position on the catering issues, because we are going to be asking the same questions over and over again. In all fairness the issues I raised in the WSL have improved but...
I have already mentioned Stuart Laming on the other thread and several people have asked for his email address to write to him. I too have met with Stu on a match day and found the discussions helpful, but let's not carried away with some sort of agenda with 100 questions! I feel that would be...
When I made a complaint to the club recently I received an email from (and subsequently met with) Stuart Laming who is:
Public Catering Manager
Azure/ Brighton & Hove Albion FC
American Express Community Stadium
I had a lovely meeting with him and the club are very much aware of all our...
Wow two things wrong with this post. Turkey day was yesterday. And a bird that takes five hours to cook is probably too big for your oven. Apart from that good call.
