got an isle seat...chaps to left seem nice...three in front left 10 mins before game...a few further down row seem to have a bladder problem ...early days

Christ leaving 10 mins before game. What a waste of a season ticket. I suppose if you leave before it starts and its crap, you have'nt wasted your time and have nothing to moan about.

I am surrounded by fools, but known most of them for years. Last year was the first season since the Goldstone days that we could all get together. There are now 3 generations in our group totalling 36, some sing and shout some don't, but one thing is for sure we are all passionate about the same thing, and would'nt have it any other way. All others around us seem cool, everyone stays to the end, bar one or two, no issues or complaints.

To my left, my son, who specialises in 'the referee's a SADDO!' chant, then a guy and his sons - nice people
Behind - group of blokes who are excellent company, one I think is a Spurs fan and another shares my fascination with 'The Princess' - you know who you are!!
In front, another group of blokes who arrive just before kick-off and are very friendly
To my right, the only change from last season, an older bloke who seems OK but please stop talking to me when I'm trying to watch the game. Thank you please.

I'm in WSL only a few short hops from the Albion bench, so usually get programmes signed every game before the match.

Left - usually my brother in law if he can make the game, if not another mate who likes to come to games
Right - my dad in law - loves swearing at the lino. Hates Craig Bellamy
Front - a lovely couple who join in with our singing, and piss themselves at all of our funny jokes. Slightly to the left of them a group of 20 yr olds, who don't seem to join in much, but always stay till the end
Behind - a dad and his son, and 3 or 4 of their mates. always join in with the singing, and always good fun to talk to, although the one directly behind me always likes to put his ripped up Hat-trick ticket in my hood - wanker :p

All in all, happy with my lot.

to my left, two guys, mid forties, not sure on their football knowledge... don't seem to want to engage in any conversation

I think i'm in for a quiet season...

To the left - my dad. He sings and swears at the ref a lot, and on the other side of him someone I went to school with and his dad.
Behind - a couple of Uni lads, one of which is on here but I can't remember his username exactly. Something like Agerbomb.
In front - a girl a few years younger, her dad and her older brother? Her older brother stands up and sings a lot.
The right - a girl and her dad who live in Devon/Cornwall and come up for a few games a season, but if they're not there they sell their tickets to the people next to my dad, and they bring other friends on a match-by-match basis, normally Chelsea fans..

Moved to ESU. To our left - Ted,a pensioner and Birmingham City Supporter (he lives locally, somewhere along the coast). He couldn't get a ticket for the Birmingham match last season, so his wife bought him a season ticket so he wouldn't miss it this season. To our right a Down's Syndrome lad and a family member. Really enjoyed himself. Behind, a noisy bunch of Paddys. In front a mixed assortment of pensioners. Generally, a real mixture of vociferous and silent types.

Are you in row P block E?

Moved from east stand lower to east stand upper E3B row D and have got to say the view is superb, directly in line with the 18 yard box. I have an aisle seat and go with my 2 sons (9 & 7). Next to us is a cool looking dude with his young son who were up for a singalong and seem thoroughly nice chaps. Behind are 2 lads, mid 20's i think who also seem very knowledgable and up for a sing. In front an older couple and I presume there daughter all of which moved from the West Stand. Extremely nice people especially the mum who politely at half time asked if I could get my 9 year old to stop kicking her chair, how embaressed was I? I read through all the posts for this thread half excpecting to see a comment like "wish we hadn't moved now some little weasel keeps kicking my chair" but none thankfully. We cant make this Saturday as we are going away so when we dont turn up she will probably think we were there as a one off and maybe be relieved she wont have her chair kicked again.
All in all great seats with a cracking view surrounded by great fans. A massive improvement on last year having had to sit next to the old boy who would shout out at least 10 times a game, "SIT DOWN" whenever anyone dared to get a bit excited and raise there butts of there seats.

Where I sat last night (WSL)

In front 4 old farts who I thought were dead until one of them got up to go for a piss
To my left was a weird guy with his son and daughter who went at half time because they wanted to "beat the rush"...Couldn't make it up!

Classic, really laughed at this
