Just thought I'd ask the good folk of NSC. I don't know a lot about them. Are they worth it and any recommendations or advice gratefully received. Google nest seems an obvious safe bet.
Getting the Seagulls Travel coach from the Amex for the Millwall game. Does anyone know if I'm allowed to drive there, leave the car in the car park then pick it up when the coach gets back? Ta

BRIGHTON defender Ben White has turned down a new contract.
The centre-back has spent this season on loan at Newport.

Bit of a horrible story my boy told me when I got home. A lad he knows quite well who goes to watch the Albion got into the car with his grandad right outside the school. From what I can gather the granded had a heart attack or something resulted in the car hitting a fence rolling over on the...
One for the oldies but I quite miss it in a strange sort of way. Always looked forward to it in my youth. What as the best 3 minutes ever to appear on there. I would plump for the following.

Doing a little tidying up before the in laws arrive and took the old calendar down out of one of the little gophers bedrooms to put up the new one and had a little flick through before popping it in the recycling. So here's a little teaser. Out of 24 players on the old one, how many are...
Still the great irony of the unique world of football that Mr Smith of Southsea will get none of the £500 he is owed apart from maybe the 6p in the £ or whatever whilst ex failed players continue to receive their dosh...
Just heard he has passed away. Sad news. If you're into your football and like your history, would recommend his biography. Still one of the best books I have ever read!
Just bunged up the old flag from the first game at the Amex on the upstairs window to show support for the boys. Last time I had anything on the window it was an Archer out poster. How times have changed. Be good to see a few more up scarves, banners, flags etc on the way to the pub tonight!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to the lads on the train about 9 O'clock last night. Singing away all the usual tunes in the carriage so giving me and my mate's four boys aged 8 to 11 a great chance to learn the words first hand and at close quarters. Then one of the lads gave them each a...
Unfortunately some of us are cursed with friends supporting the unspeakables but did think this was amusing after being sent it by a mate!
Anyone else got any other decent ones but the other way round hopefully?
Had to share this one with one and all as you couldn't make it up if you tried.
One of my boys plays for the junior Seagulls and we had a friendly match tonight arranged against Mile Oak up at Southwick hill. Anyway the boys are on the pitch warming up in their gleaming green and black stripes...
Just back tonight from the Seagulls FC awards night at the Amex and wanted to big up Nooneee as he spent spent around 4 hours of his own time shaking about 100 kids hands and giving out awards and then staying on after for more photos and autographs afterwards. Massive respect to the guy...
Read a lot of the reviews of last night and I was there and am surprised no-one has mentioned his absence as a factor. I feel he has really made us tick in the last few games and we definitely lacked his box to box movement as well as his shooting from the edge.
Also, without raking up all...
I am personally gutted he won't be buying them as he would have been the perfect chairman for them, judging by this little article that was in today's Portsmouth news!

Just came across this BBC blog about poker and noticed a picture of a certain young lady from Kent who to me is one of those annoying people in life who seem to have everything. I really am struggling to think of anyone of the opposite sex who has so many qualities!
BBC News - Pokers faces: Are...
Gus clearly not happy with what he saw. Good to hear him talking of the need to be stronger and quicker and saying perhaps we need new players which is manager talk for we need new players. He will get it right. Still in with a shout of being there or there abouts for a play off place if he is...
Just been on and very poignant piece. Lots of photos of him, interview with his sister and pictures of kids wearing footie tops with REMF on the front. Have to say brought up a little lump in the throat. Used to play football with him and remember him quite well. Still very much missed ten years on!
Just reading on the BBC web site that every time Yossi Benayoun touched the ball when playing a friendly against Malaysia, he was jeered. The quote from the article pasted below cracked me up!
Chelsea said they did not complain at the time because they were uncertain about the reason for the...
