Why isn't Kemy Agustien playing

There are clearly major off field problems with him that the general public is not party to.

Yesterday he tweeted a pic of himself behind the wheel on a road trip with some mates. Not the most sensible thing to do when he was banned from driving for 12 months in April last year.

Our thorough system for investigating personality as well as fitness and playing suitability worked well then. Seem to recall his behavior was questioned before he arrived with us

Something is up, on the Lingard thread someone mentioned that he looked like he wasn't really trying in training and that he appeared to be either snubbed or ignored largely by his teammates.

I would'nt be surprised to see him go out on loan.

Clearly a talented player just a doesn't care enough - possibly lacking self motivation, it's clear Oscar likes players who are willing to put themselves on the line and work hard, Kemy is not that unfortunately. Every time he played I desperately wanted him to show what it's obvious he has in his locker but he appears to have a turd attitude.

Leon Knight had a turd attitude and was renown for not always pleasing the Manager.
But he was a resource asset to the club and we [arguably] got the best from him.
Maybe, because on the pitch, he did appear [mostly] to achieve?

Not saying the situation is identical, just trying to draw comparisons [if there are any to be drawn].

Player motivation has to come from within. Yes, there are a few things others can do to help boost it during low points, but fundamentally the player must own their own motivation.

Maybe we should start a campaign to help him come back fighting. If we all tweeted him that we know he's got the skill, and we'd love him to be part of the team, he just has to work and fight for his place etc. It's down to him, and if he accepts that, he'll get in the starting 11 and be happier for it.
