This is definatly an attack of sorts but not from a well organised terror group.

I would have thought the space between the IED's and the timing of detonation shows a fair degree of organisation.

Sickening and cowardly thing to do at an event for charity but the saddest thing is it's not unexpected for terrorists to target something like that.

Just had text from my brother who lives the other side of the river, All e-mails and telephone voice calls blocked. glad he and his wife ok. They only moved to the other side few months ago. But still heard the explosions.

The news has to be reported and 24 hour news channels have to fill air time but why show constant slowed down footage of those poor people being blown up and images of blood soaked streets? totally inappropriate for family members and ghoulish beyond belief. Not watching it anymore
