I'm not expecting someone of WB's calibre, but if we are serious about challenging for promotion this season we at least need a good Championship standard LB. Not a RB playing at LB!
Seriously, if you don't know what it means, you need help! But you do, since you then go on to claim our left-hand side (without a new LB signing) will be stronger than the right! It won't, of course.
Well, it is obvious Dirty Leeds WILL attack us down our left-hand side if no LB is signed. Our chances of success in that game WILL decline significantly as a result.
I'm sure that's true, and the Reading example shows what can be done from a (very!) slow start, but the sooner we get in our first choice LB, the better IMHO.
Well, an experienced (and good!) LB would certainly reduce the risk of conceding, no? We are obviously trying to sign one; let's be honest, the current options aren't looking that great.
