As a DULLARD would tell you, shirt sales are not worth enough for #ClubsLikeBrighton for this to be a significant factor.

It's all round marketing rather than simple shirt sales There will be many more retweets with White in the photos.

I would be surprised if the marketing proofs would b signed off, if we were definitely selling them.
It's a bit of an avoidable own goal isn't it?

Sure if the non-sensical offer comes in and all that..

Already talked myself out of this one....

Would Tony make it that obvious that our prime assets weren't in his plans??

As you were. They're gone.

probably.

Sure, but its not the value of sales as it is the volume of sales raising our status, combined with benefits from other commercial opportunities of having high-profile players, be it in sponsorships, media rights, international opportunities and so on. This non-footballing income is ultimately what drives the huge financial disparity between us and the teams at the top. Not saying a White or Bissouma can make much of a dent on their own, but it is a start ....

Given Barbz Marketing background as well, absolutely would not surprise me. They'll have done enough players to easily swap them out, but slightly amusing we are leading with White & Biss

How many times have they “completed” the Ben White signing now?

[tweet]1415295074263568384[/tweet]

Twitter really is the hotbed of utter guessing drivel by so many wanting an ‘exclusive’. Hurts my eyes - not worth giving the time of day to tbh.

Basically the Twitter transfer people are like those mad Americans who keep predicting the rapture, once it doesn't happen like they promised there'll be an excuse

the current Albion position - its worth reposting is this .

"Ben White heads for his summer break with his club future still unclear.
But Albion’s position remains that there is no need to sell as interest continues in their England centre-back.
Although Albion’s style would not be to publicly put a price tag on any of their top assets, The Argus has been told there is currently nothing on the table they would accept.
Arsenal have shown most interest in White but no agreement has been reached in terms of a fee.
A well-placed source has told The Argus it would take a number which makes it “nonsensical to say no” to move White.
Arsenal and other potential suitors are well aware of that."

Its only a single photo !
I'd guess some more considered thought has gone into the players featured in the splash they normally commission for the front of club shop.

“By all accounts, we are meeting independent valuations” :lolol:

Getting flashbacks from last summer! I know it’s low hanging fruit, but it’s entertaining stuff. :drama:
