Brighton would sell another 2k if more fans had time to complete the general certificate in ticket applications; it's a 2 week course with a short exam at the end but due to bad weather it's now too late to complete the syllabus before 23rd Jan.

:lolol::clap2::thumbsup:

You might need to for a replay...if the Albion don't win at your place!

Cheers Andy, I know where you're coming from. Doubt we'll win but the cup is a funny old game and anything can happen. you might dominate for 89 minutes and we could pop up in the 90th with a Murray header and steal it, how many times has that happened?, then the Villa fans would know I was Brighton fan.

Thanks for the info, let us know what pub you’re drinking prior the match and we’ll buy you a drink or would that be embarrassing for you when 200 turn up asking to chat with Andycapp :thumbsup:

Hi andy! Good to see you're still up for a bit of bostin' banter with these softie Southerners. :thumbsup:

Quick question: Any idea if there's any parking in & around The Bartons on matchdays?

Final question Andy, What would happen to any Brighton caught in any part of the ground apart from the away section and there'll be a few hundred dotted around the ground. Will we be treated like Birmingham fans or treated leniently and be left alone to watch the match?

Would the stewards/police 'escort' us to the away section, d'ya reckon??!

if you come by coach, they have an away coach park over the road from the away end, of the coach n in the ground within 5 mins now , if not they will leave you to your own devises

Not exactly sure yet hon, but I was thinking about our car-full going up via West Brom & Perry Bar etc. Don't mind if it costs a few quid, but was hoping to find somewhere to park near to The Bartons (as it's not only 'away friendly' - but one of the best boozers I've been to in Brummigham)..

simon,, just a proper footy supporter mate, dont hurt to help anyone out if i can, it will be a brilliant day out played in the right sort of atmospher,,

twinkle toes, you can park on the official club car park and walk to the boozer, the social club nxt to the car park normally allocate the back bar to away fans, villa park is a good ground with good fans in general

The stewards aren't neo-nazi's are they? There not going to attempt to make people sit down and in their allocated seat are they? Should be unallocated standing :thumbsup:

Thanks for that bab, much appreciated. :clap:

ps Although I haven't been to VP for several years now, I was born in Erdington & would be Villa if they weren't playing my local lot down here. It's a bit of a win-win for me tbh, but hopefully The Seagulls will benefit more from my support (& dosh) than The Villa! It'll be a great day out whatever happens, so here's to a full stadium & an exciting game. And The Noses, ahem, blowing-up & getting relegated.

Best Wishes. :wink:

They'll have a bit of a job trying to get 3000 odd Albion to sit down :laugh:
