I think the "Gus" factor accounted for a lot of season tickets being sold , together with the new stadium. Like him or not he was box office and his constant media presence put the Albion on the forefront of national and local news - always generating...
Our back four worries me immensely. Ageing,slow and under performing with no one pushing them for places. We always look likely to concede and PIG has been keeping the goals against down. When the better players return they will take the pressure of the back 4 but it needs urgent attention soon.
Fairly decent turnout tonight despite Barnsley meagre offering- over 25k as special price promotion - I've managed to entice an extra two to come.:thumbsup:

I think the atmosphere in the North Stand would be helped by it being sold out once in a while. I thought it would be all season tickets holders but it seems to have a fair amount of tickets for sale each home game. Is this because most people prefer to view the game from the sides ?
