In my computer
The frisbee catching dog, at half time in a Pats game at Foxboro stadium in the snow...

Only wish I'd had my camera - full length of the pitch frisbee thrown and caught mid air with a leap and a flip, every time... fantastic... had the crowd on its feet...

Spun Cuppa

Thanks Greens :(
Not an important event, but saw England beat Tunisia 2-0 in Marseille during France '98, along with 59 999 others...

For elation, it would have to be The Play-Off Final win in 2004, and for disappointment, losing the 1991 Play-Off Final at Wembley...

Watching Whitehawk miss out on a Vase semi by a whisker a couple of seasons ago was up there as well...

For individual moments:

Gazza's goal v Scotland in 1996 at Wembley, with drinks chair celebration is very memorable.

Also Gazza sliding in and missing the ball by an inch in golden-goal extra-time v Germany at the same tournament.

No idea why these moments stick in teh mind so much, but they are engraved on my retina.

Though both Wembley finalls and the fantastic Highbuury semi are right up there,it has to be the win at Newcastle to reach the first division. We were gobsmackingly excellent and the atmosphere was brilliant.

I was also there when West Hove beat Shoreham Athletic.Marvelous scenes !

For me being in Interlagos, Brazil 2008 to see Lewis Hamilton win the F1 world championship on the last lap, sitting in the grandstand on the pit straight. Thousands of p****d up brazillians going crazy as Massa crossed the line until Lewis passed Timo Glock.... What a day!

Heaven
Frankie Dettori, Ascot riding through the card 7 winners and making me £480 in the process. The roar of the crowd as he passed the winners post was awesome. Shame we lost 3-0 to Northampton that day.

i.e. been a part of the crowd....

inspired by The Dr Smith

I have been quite lucky boy when it comes to seeing great things in sporting arena's, England 4 - 1 Holland in Euro 96, David Beckham scoring from the halfway line at Selhurst

Dwayne Smiths Quadruple wicket maiden was up there,

As something that became 'big news', probably Cantona at Selhurst.

In pure sporting terms, Reinelt's goal, Sussex clinching championships, first time I went to the Goldstone, or the old Wembley as a kid. Seeing England at a World Cup is also very special.

Incidentally, that Lord's final this year would have to one of the worst.
