It is in the hands of the Town Planners to ensure that a ground e.g. Falmer can NEVER be sold for redevelopment.
Had Hove Council done the same we wouldnt have had all these problems. Simple all they had to do was refuse permission for The Goldstone Redevelopement.

Afterall its no good having a stadium if your in league two with £50mil debts when the supposedly rich chairman decides he's had enough and does a runner....what then!?
