H from Steps might have been a CJTC in 1999, though.

Really tough group. I sincerely hope DB doesn't progress, how can anyone think he's a CJTC!!? But of the other three, I agree with many that Ian Watkins shouldn't even be in the draw for such a coveted award, which leaves me with the choice of a fat crooner and some sort of politic person.
I'll go with Mr Cameron purely as I think Gary might be alright if you got to know him.

Missing my point. Imagine if it was, say, Craig Bellamy. EVERY article about him would be prefixed with "Love rat Craig Bellamy".
Beckham's an alright bloke who is determined to be famous beyond anything else. Fair enough, his choice. He's good looking, and that seems to be the main reason everyone wills him to be this perfect demi-god. I genuinely think he could punch the Queen in the face and just be called a cheeky scamp or something.
