The ref can't change the rules just because it's Bradford. Denied a clear goalscoring opportunity so it's a red.

What if Duke went on to save the penalty and Bradford scored 3 goals? Very unlikely but it could happen.

Was going to post the same. The ref had no choice but to show Duke a red. It does seem hard, and it is a massive shame, but rules is rules.

Exactly. Feel really sorry for Bradford to be honest. Suspected they might get hammered, but hoped it would only by a 1/2 goal margin.
