Would assume the Premier League would like to have this wrapped up ASAP with fixtures due to be released in full on the 18th June? Doesn't leave much time for Palace's fixtures to be changed dependent on the outcome of this.

Would be slightly amusing if their fixtures are moved to accommodate European games that don't happen.

As will Warner and SKY. Especially considering how much Warner paid for the TV rights to Uefa competitions. They need to know for advertising purposes.

Is there a livestream of the meeting?

(Asking for a friend... I'm not really that bothered whether Palace might lose their first ever chance of Europe and this result in us getting to go ourselves. I agree with the people saying that, whilst they understand the so-called "rivalry", on this occasion they genuinely wish Palace and their fans all the best.)
I don’t think it is their first ever chance at Europe. I think they qualified before after finishing 3rd but weren’t allowed to play for some reason. Lightening striking twice this time perhaps

Its only been twice that we were in administration.
I like that you're putting this as a positive. :D

Only 3 clubs in the HISTORY OF ENGLISH FOOTBALL have had more administrations than you - Portsmouth, Darlington (RIP) and Bradford.

As I understand it, they didn't qualify in third. It's just that third didn't get anything since the English FA was unranked in UEFA coefficients due to the European ban only having just be lifted. As a result, England only got one spot in the UEFA Cup, which went to Liverpool, who finished second.

So they never qualified. It just they would have qualified if UEFA had decided to use the same coefficients for the English FA as they did before the ban.

When they held up that banner that said...

Brighton, when will you learn!
There are teacher and pupils

...do you think it was a cry for help?

Maybe if they'd been more direct and written...

Brighton, we need to learn!
Can you teach us how to effectively handle multi-club ownership concerns so we don't risk being expelled from European competition

...all of this unsavoury business could have been avoided.

I concede they'd have needed a bigger bedsheet.
