He is one quality manager. 

He's not a great manager. He's an ok manager who will have good times and bad times. This is a good time.

All you lot labelling him a great manager, I presume you were doing the same when he took Leicester down and going nowhere at Plymouth? No, thought not. Winning the play-offs doesn't make someone a great manager, it means they've had a good season.
