It isn't no, but like I said, he has said a lot of things that people dismiss, that then turn out to be true.
For context.
Eddie Mitchell (Borunemouth chairman publicly stated that Eddie Howe had been offered the Saints job before Adkins and turned it down).
Nicola Cortese said this was rubbish, only Adkins had been offered the job.
Everyone (as they always do) assumed Cortese was the lier, cue much baiting from Bournemouth fans and rubbish from ours>
Eddie Howe is interviewed "Were you offered the Saints Job?" Howe "I spoke to them, but I wasn't offered it".

Managers and fans have different perspectives. Beating the league leaders will shape the season more than winning or losing to palarse.

Was Poyet going to Southampton before or after he was supposed to be going to Chelsea as Ray Wilkins's replacement? According to Jimbo.GRFC it was all done and dusted, compensation agreed, etc etc.

Do we actually know the full context of this supposed quote from Poyet though? So far it just seems like typical sensationalist rubbish from HB&B to me.
I am also staggered that beating Palace in a one off game would mean more to you than Brighton becoming European Champions.
