Great Forgotten TV Programmes

Hypotheticals on BBC2

One of the best programmes on TV IMHO.

I wrote to the recently suggesting they think about resurrecting it but had a reply from a 12 year old BBC oik saying they didn't think it was appropriate.

Bitter, me?

All the series are out on DVD now and it still remains quality!

If only newsreaders were like Henry still..

Also often repeated on UK TV Golden Dave +1 Extra

Quality program. Best one was the Christmas Party episode!

Love thy Neighbour - fabulous stuff

Mind Your language - groundbreaking

Till Death Us Do part - I dont think todays audience would get the how well Johhny Speight lampooned the East End Bigot . Brilliant show

I can vaguely recall a kids TV drama that used to be on ITV in the 70's called Ace of Spades or something similar. It was genuinely scary, lots of stuff about evil powers coming through telephone wires etc. Lots of ravens, and the 'hero' had black hair, beard etc.

A list of great but forgotten or never to be repeated TV shows. I remember this one in the late 80's , early 90's and I seem to remember it had a certain Mr Jason Orange from Take That in it. It was on Channel 4 I think.

Killer Net.

Any others ?.

Also starred Paul Bettany. Just recently bought it on DVD. So nice to see some of the action was filmed on the West Pier.

Absolutely brilliant, let's start a campaign to make BBC bring it back.
And congratulations you are the recipient of my 250th post.
