This is the kind of thing Reading would come up with.

Ha ha. How true.

Not sure, what the video is about, but to get all precious about seems a bit over the top. And worry about what fans of a club that believe that another club taking the blame for sh!ting an dressing room floor, and not owning up is up is fine and dandy. I could not give a monkeys what they think.

The comments on this thread are more embarrassing than the ad.

It's meant to be tongue-in-cheek.

Granted, it's not the greatest marketing in history but it's not that bad.

The 'cool' line - which I had no idea was going to be used - makes me cringe, and I'm in it!

Marmite and Specsavers are safe for now.

Yes. yes there is.

Unless it's a crime, where is this bad for the club. Anyone on here not going to buy a ticket because of it. Apart from giving the moaners something else to moan about, can not see what other damage it can do. What happens on the pitch it what makes a difference to people buying tickets. I agree that it is bad, however it's going to be a classic, people will talk about it and remember it. Done its job

No mate, I just realise when something isn't worth having such a massive hissy fit over.

Fair enough. That probably sounded ruder than I had meant it... merely tongue in cheek.

Do you not feel the marketing team should take a little more care when releasing material to mass market? BT's advert was dismal..
