I have no idea if she used drugs but the fact she missed 3 tests will always leave me with a nagging doubt that she did.

Indeed. I think, rightly or wrongly, because of him that even if athletes have passed all tests they will still appear suspicious if they miss tests or suddenly produce great form.

Missing 3 tests can't be seen as unlucky.

2 maybe.
But having missed 2 you just CAN'T miss the third.

And she twice moved training sessions at short notice and forgot to tell the testers. With that sort of intelligence i'm surprised she manages to walk, let alone run.

Their is a reassurance for British sport, when a 'tainted winner' isn't held in the same esteem as a clean winner.

Had she been American she'd be lorded as a great champion irrespective of past transgressions.
