Out of interest- genuine question, I haven't studied this in any great depth- if we did leave, would the laws suddenly change to allow the authorities at national and local level to refuse state aid to the sort of people you mention (perhaps not Albanians & Turkish people as they wouldn't have been in the EU prior to us leaving, but, for example, Romanians, Bulgarians etc)? Is that likely? I'd guess not.

Well I would guess anyone in by a certain date would be ok.Albanians are well known for running criminal gangs so that must be stopped.
