40 people per presentation, each can buy up to 4 tickets each, so a maximum of 160 tickets can be sold per presentation
4 presentations yesterday, so thats 4 x 160 = 640, thats if every person who attended maxed out their +3's with their application.

So how does that equate to 700+ sold on the first day ?

It's possible that eligible people that couldn't attend a presentation within their 'window' would be able to buy over the phone. Might account for the extra sales plus BHA staff would have got in well before the normal ST holders.

If every season ticket holder from Withers last season 4500? sold there plus 3 as well that would mean a sell out completely.

In many cases the people buying on others' +3, are ST holders in their own right.

Existing U-16 STH (about 500?) don't get +3s.

It feels like we are in for month long binfest on this one. Still at least it takes our mind of the impending drama of the promotion PUSH!

So people unable to attend a presentation in their window can instead jump to the very front of the queue ahead of everyone else, and have the entire stadium to choose from, over the phone.

Hmmm....can't imagine that causing much of a binfest.

Thats not what I said. They would still be in their 'window' as in day of presentation but unable to make it to the ground. I know of two people that are doing just that this coming Friday, that was the day they were allocated.

I fear the binfestery will last longer than that. Its odds on after the first match of the season that people will be complaining about the seat they have because of the +3s etc.

At the start of the third Monday presentation we were told that the first two presentations had sold just over 200 tickets - from 80 people - that's 1+1.5 per attendee. So the first four presentations on 'Day 1' probably accounted for 400 (+ a bit) tickets. Clearly around 300 must have gone on the club/ VIP/ trial run presentations the week before. Certainly there were many more than the 200 seats reserved/ booked at the first two presentations showing up as already taken on the computer terminal when we were booking our seats after the thrid presentation.
So the settled down daily rate is probably closer to 400...but 300 got in early....

so long as I can get three together to the side of the north stand, about 5 from the back nearest the east stand I will be happy...hopefully the newbies wont have pinched all of them before the 21st

Would be interested to know how many of the ones that have already been are buying for fellow 9+ years season ticket holders who didn't get such a good time for their presentation but wanted first choice of seats

Whoops, beaten to it by Mo, but the same conclusion. Even if EVERYONE bought their maximum of 4, which is highly unlikely, there were stll not enough people on yesterdays presentations to sell 700.

You're not including people who said they couldn't make the presentations but would be given equal priority.
