I am unable to house anyone because I have a tiny studio flat but I have worked with organisations supporting migrants over the last few years. It has been a rewarding experience and a cause I would recommend others to support.

It says Syrians, pastafarian. I think the campaign is related to David Cameron's pledge to bring 4000 Syrian refugees. If 4000 people (the site pledges have reached over 4000) are willing to house the refugees in their homes and mentor them that can be a positive outcome, in my opinion.

There are people who do want to help displaced Syrians. If you want to help home a Syrian or be a volunteer take a look at this website. Thousands have already pledged their help. It is good to see the human spirit of ordinary people willing to open their homes to assist those in crisis and...
