I found these figures in Wikipedia's article '2023 Israel-Hamas war'.
The Gazan death toll (23,968+) was referenced from the Gaza Health Ministry and Government Information Office.
The displacement of Israelis (500,000) was referenced in an October article by Barron's.
I understand these...
No offence taken. What has occurred is truly horrific and no one can deny that. These are some shocking figures I have found:
At least 18,000+ Palestinians and 1,300+ Israelis have been killed in the 2023 Israel-Hamas War.
...with a further 1,900,000+ Palestinians displaced within Gaza and...
Personally, I don't think we should support either 'side' like it's a football match. This conflict has killed over 20,000 innocent civilians from Israel and Palestine. I believe that Hamas and the Israeli authorities are both responsible for this atrocity and should be condemned.
Yes, the laughing (mocking) emojis from @aolstudios and @cjd seem to now be commonplace on (what I thought was intended to be) a serious thread.
I do have suspicions that both accounts are being controlled by the same user.
Yeah, I haven't seen @Zeberdi making any claims on this topic - although this statement can be proven wrong if anyone can provide any evidence showing these claims.
I thought the Electronic Intifada was posted to provide another perspective from the Palestinian side. I have read some of their...
I found that post/video really informative and provided another perspective on that topic.
Please continue what you are doing. I know you have received abuse and false accusations but you can always ignore those users or take time off this thread. You have been a valuable part of this...
I apologise for my presumption.
I completely agree with your comment and know about the tunnel system underneath Gaza, so you don't need to send me a video.
After ignoring my question, I genuinely believe that @aolstudios' answer would be no.
Therefore suggesting that they seem determined on death and destruction.
[However, this is only an assumption]
20,000 people have died because of this conflict in 2023. I think there are very few countries who are in a worse situation currently compared to Israel and Palestine.
Even if there is significantly worse issues going on in other countries (which I doubt there is) then so what? Many people have...
Well, that is the big question. It's been asked several times and, personally, I don't know what the solution is.
I don't think the attacks (of revenge) on Palestine are the right solution and I think it has gone beyond a stage which made it justifiable - now it simply isn't.
The problem is...
