He could play whiff waff against the original Blond Bonking Boris on Wimbledon Centre Court and invite along all the women he’s cheated on, had kids with, abortions with and generally denigrated down the years to watch from the royal box.

Marvellous scenes.

I’m not sure that is possible, I’m afraid. I just googled it, and sadly there are are only 74 seats in the Royal Box.

If he was a women he would called a slag not congratulated, double standards still exits I assume.

Not forgetting it's the women who do all the hard work of producing a baby. Well done Boris for 94 seconds of work.

I’m sure if Boris came up with a vaccine all on his own for Covid 19 that the usual suspects would be moaning about how long it had taken and finding other reasons to run the achievement down

Some very bitter stuff on this thread about a man who has just recovered from a life threatening illness and whose girlfriend has just given birth. There are plenty of other threads to bitch on

Does in not just show that the whole country is not as much in love with the Boris roadshow as some misguided people think we ought to be.

I don't wish him, the boy or the mother any harm, but neither will I be trumpeting it from the rooftops. Plenty of other people will become parents today as well.

I'm sure he can be expected to be treated with all the respect given to that other parent of kids by four different partners, Ulrika Jonsson.

I wonder if they might be related?

I think Ulrikakakakakakaka is more honest.

94? That must include the time it took to order the post-coital pizza.

I would venture that most adults have had at least 4 sexual partners. Nothing odd about that.

But they would probably be more "careful".

My own perception of his attitude towards women would be that it seems irresponsible, which is not what I would want or expect from a Prime Minister, or a senior politician of any sort.

It shows, to me, that he can do no right in some people’s eyes. I am no Boris fan but at the time he was the best option. Sad that in so many people’s eyes the meltdown is still so political. It would be no different if Corbyn had won the election and was running the country, he’d be defended to the hilt by Labour voters and slagged off by Tory voters.

Why for the country?

Because it’s a real tonic, the silent, dignified majority of the nation will be absolutely delighted with this news, only miserable humbugs, salivating at the thought of the older generation being wiped out will see the bad in this news.
Marvellous news, well done Boris and Carrie.

I get where you are coming from up to a point, but I also think that:
1. The way the Government has dealt with it all so far has not been necessarily the best - Lockdown too late, Boris still shaking hands with people when he shouldn't have been, not having enough PPE stocks BEFORE anyone had heard of Covid-19, let alone being in the thick of it.
2. It is just possible that a labour government - even under Corbyn - might have taken it more seriously and made better decisions.

I am sick and tired of people carping at press criticism of the government and saying they are doing their best. I fully support all that they are doing to deal with a terrible situation, but it is government decisions which have got us there - well on the way to having the worst casualty figures in Europe.

And even now, when they have said that deaths in care homes will be included in the daily mortality figures, there was a FT journalist on the radio this morning pointing out that this will be deaths of people WHO HAVE TESTED POSITIVE, when most of those who have died in care homes probably from Covid-19 will not have been tested. Lies, damned lies and statistics.

Whilst I was taking an issue with Boris’s morals when it comes to getting girlfds pregnant , I do have to say although I think he is quite weak for a conservative PM, he is still a far better choice than Corbyn would have been .

Keir closes the gap quite a bit but still not convinced the current Labour Party would be up to govt .

:goal: End of thread.

These threads will always be party political, fact.
