Today was as close as it will ever get to the the old goldstone days, banter, surges in the away end towards the Brighton fans, bit of aggro here And there, was a proper old school football match, I sit in the sw corner with my 9 year boy, last year was his first season, but he said today why is it not like this e set week, it's so much better when there are more away fans !!!

Had a laugh on the train in, some Millwall kids who looked like one direction in fila track suits, started bullying some BHA with the usual gay stuff, I casualty asked them if it was him I saw on tv yesterday o. Jeremy July, I then said proper Millwall chaps would be embarrassed by your chavvy behaviour, they soon shut up.

Weren't to bad as per usual, apart from the Fat bloke grabbing the Ball and then keeping it to the end of the game. I nearly bumped into him walking past the Queue for the station, he handed it over to his Son who was carrying it around like a Trophy.

Could have sworn I saw him throw it back a few minutes after he took it.........

Did he behave when Millwall scored?

J o'C chanted Millwall to make JD feel at home. JD was very impressed with our ground and I would like to thank JD who on several occasions has helped Brighton fans out of sticky situations in the 70s!!!!

Thought they were really quiet until they scored, then they had a bit of a sing for a bit and some understandable piss taking when the goal was disallowed. Some on the train on the way back who tried some half hearted choruses of No one likes us we don't care and that was it. Pretty feeble really and no more frightening than a visit from Yeovil

Friends of mine were in the away end yesterday and they tell me that coins and hot tea were thrown down onto the Millwall fans from the corporate boxes above them.

Near the end of the game a Millwall fan sitting about 4 rows from the front kept the ball, after a minute another fan sitting in the front row climbed over the seats, took the ball and threw it back.
I did see a kid with his dad holding a football after the game but it did not look like a matchball.
