What were your views on the Albion support at said games then?

I didn't go. I was just surprised considering Palace are supposed to be our MAIN rivals that they didn't turn up and do all their MLS stuff at our ground.

I stood up the back for last seasons game and thought we were very loud but this season I was towards the front and realized how poorly the sound travels. You're support last season after 80 minutes was amazing, which shows just how loud you could have been all game if all of you had sung.

All true, however they were UTTERLY shit last season at the Amex. Deafening silence from them until the final 10 mins.

Absolute rubbish as per usual.
I'm sure if you revisit the match thread again, the majority praised Palaces support .
Maybe you didn't hear because you had both hands covering your ears, and we're repeating to yourself " this isn't happening, this isn't happening " :lolol:

Listening to the radio commentary which is entirely different to being in the ground , there were snippets of noise from the South Stand on a few occasions but they were quickly drowned out by the noise coming from all around the rest of the stadium. After Winifred got the equaliser in the 80th minute you were heard because Albion fans left early in droves to get the buses and trains.
Did you turn your radio off after 80 minutes ?:lolol: so the weed wall of noise ceased when we equalised because the fans? Had to get home rather than stay and support the team when they needed you ! Bleeding hell you do post some drivel

Last season was a nightmare trying to get a train back after any evening game and the buses were even worse. Even if we were winning after 80 minutes thousands would have left early.

So if you were winning thousands would have still left rather than rub our noses in it ?:lolol: what a load of rubbish . When we beat you 5 nill the piss taking at the end was better than the game I wouldn't have missed it for anything , bus or no bus

For those going to work the following day missing the bus or a last connecting train at Brighton isn't an option but Palace fans wouldn't know about that as long as they wake up in time to sign on.

This season the bus company has put on more buses to supplement the regular timetabled service on matchdays so it doesn't matter that the game is on a Sunday. There were only 4 bendy buses last season now B&H Buses have 18 available to shuttle fans back to the town centre to take the strain off the double deckers.

Matters not. An early kickoff means no rush to get away and plenty of time for stadium beers.

Will we see Palace fans with their scarves on, like Watford, drinking in the North Stand concourse after the game?

It could be like the First World War Football trench truce. I'll bring the ball:lolol:

Del Fenner you are my new hero for digging up that thread. Ive lost count of the times all the Brighton 'ministers of propaganda' that populate this board bang on about us being silent at the Amex last year, when all that were there know that is complete and utter bollocks. Shows how pathetic those people (and you know who you are) are that they need to lie in order to grasp onto something. You have bigger crowds than us, that is the only thing. And you can be outsung by away fans who are 10% of the total crowd. FACT. Out of the mouths of your own fans. It isnt just the Brighton players that bottle it when Palace are in town.

Ha ! All we heard was TOTAL SILENCE from the away end for 80 minutes.

And then they equalized. To be fair, who cares?

I don't particular care if we lose at the AMEX on March 17, but the palace must know that payback is coming massively, and massively soon.

And It Will Be At Wembley, May 2012

Justice is coming.
