Oh sod it. I've ordered one. Primarily as a replacement for the kindle, as it's backlit and the mrs complains if I'm reading with the light on cos she can't sleep.
This is awesome good solid hardware and workable software for a fair price. Those who want to spend bit more on better hardware and best software can buy a Windows 8 tablet/surface. Those wanting to pay for style and little substance can stick with their apples.
Stuff.tv are lusting it as having 12 core gpu. That coupled with the quad core CPU wipes the floor with other popular tablets

Re the new iPad has anyone experienced any problems with wifi connection..i am toying with the idea of upgrading but i see on various internet sites that some peeps are having poor wifi reception from any distance over 6 feet..probably just a vociferous few..but i would be interested to hear from anyone on here
