If she is going to drink Brighton’s fans’ tears, it’s the tears from laughing all the way to the bank. :ffsparr: :bloom:

Well, there was a time when I was 16 or 17 and absolutely despearate to shag somebody - anybody - she might have stood a fair chance. In retrospect though, I'm glad I found someone else for my first .................................

Very vindictive to go through someone's feed and then pull out some posts in order to share on your own site to drive traffic to the thread and to encourage others to mock and laugh at this girl. It's not very classy is it. She's obviously a passionate Chelsea fan, we have plenty of Brighton fans who are equally cringeworthy on social media but everyone has every right to express themselves however they want on their page.

This thread is very, very poor. Is the site struggling? Is that why there's an avalanche of new threads coming from the owner?
OK - we'll run everything we want to post on here through you shall we? Don't be so f***** stupid.

Being more serious...

"Astrid" very clearly comes from the school of all publicity is good publicity. She's putting pro-Chelsea opinions out there multiple times a day. Often the more wrong/controversial the better as the reactions that come her way feed the twitter algo, meaning she gets even more eyeballs. It's an attention flywheel.

Having spent more time on twitter over the past week than I have for a fair few years, I completely agree that there are some cringeworthy Albion fans. Forgive me for not calling them out though - as they are on my side, it's not something I'm going to do. They do seem to get plenty of flack from fans of Chelsea, Palace etc though, as you'd expect. As it the case with Astrid, some clearly court this attention - it's what they want.

Is the site struggling? In what way? It's as busy as ever, maybe even busier. Site traffic from June 1st to August 10th is up a considerable 29.3% on the same period last year. Users are up 30.8% and new users up 32.6%. When people visit the site they are also sticking around longer with session duration up 9.1%.

Avalanche of threads? Really? I may be more active than a few weeks ago, but that's probably because I zone out a bit over the summer, but I'm firmly back in football mode now, and I can't wait for tomorrow. Maybe my excitement leads me to create a few more threads, but each will live or die on its own merit. I have a lot of "misses" than get very little response.

She's very tiresome in her entitlement. I guess every village has its own.

here and there
Apparently she's a boxer and got slammed through a table by a future opponent, a couple of weeks ago.
Lightly collapsed a wallpaper pasting table is probably a more accurate description. Not that I've watched it obviously

Just one of life's new insecure self loathing casualties desperately trying to find an identity, any identity, however shit.

Hang on, that's Crystal Palace, sorry - wrong thread.

This nicely sums up what I think is the current Chelsea approach to Football . Money = Success. Thats it. There seems zero understanding of anything else, just throw money and success will follow.
This works very very well if you throw money at the right clubs and get players that compliment each other, work well as a team, and gets you a manager and coaches that have a sound tactical approach and are working towards the same end, who understand how to get the best out of players, coaches etc.

None of which can be said of Chelseas approach, which is simply buy any player that other clubs want. Its no wonder that a large section of their fanbase has the same attitude, as demonstrrated by the "We've spent a Billion £ and beaten buy a tree" attitude shown by Astrid.

I think many of the more vocal ones dont understand that while the previous Chelsea regieme also chucked money around, at least knew what they were doing and bought players that on the whole complimented each other, and worked well together.

Unfortunatley for the likes of Astrid, and fortunatley for the rest of us, it dopesnt look like changing anytime soon
