I like to think, this season, I've wrung every single ounce of pantomime animosity out of GPott.

He probably only has one possible move left which would entice back.

Do it Graham.

He'd hate the throat slitting gestures from the crowd and would soon be suggesting "history lessons". Lol.

I can’t. They simply don’t have the players coming through for a Potter project. The main reason Potter was so successful was the pool of players he had available. Palace don’t have the depth.
I agree Palace may not be suitable but for a different reason. It’s always been a Bloom project at BHA and coaches have been fortunate enough to be hired into it. To be fair I think both Potter and RDZ have acknowledged this.

If he goes to Palace then we’ll know he has thrown his principles out of the window in the chase for cash. Greed will have won.

To be fair, Potter taking Palace down would finally see him unite our fanbase

There is absolutely no way they would go down under him though

If he goes to Palace I hope he does as well as Alan Mullery did
Although not popular Mullery kept palace up with one of the worst squads I have ever seen as well as all the fuss with Noads wanting to merge with Wimbledon….what a time to be a palace fan that was !

As for Potter I wouldn’t mind if he did or didn’t become manager, although his football was mostly all foreplay and no penetration as far as I could see. And with the strikers we have that would not change.

Really? As opposed to say, going to Chelsea?

I’m not sure about that. Guehi, Eze and Olise is a decent core of young players to build around. And Potterball doesn’t make much use of strikers anyway. I can see him going there and doing quite well, annoyingly.

If he does go to Palace, Bruno has an interesting decision to make….

At the moment, time heals etc…. Going to Palace would push him further away IMO.
Imagine your mate's missus has left him for another bloke. If she leaves the new bloke for another bloke, do you think you mate would say 'well, that's done it - there is no way back now'? And to add, you mate is now in a new relationship with an absolute little cracker of an Italian?

I fear you may have become bewitched by the plot narratives of East Enders and the final series of Game of Thrones.

consecutive managers at Palace been promised investment and growth of the club, taking "a project" forward. they've been sold short with nothing but scraps and Zaha to work with. Zaha is going. next manager will just get by on whats there and dart throw, budget recruitment. Potter wouldnt be taken in by that would he?

Next move for Potter is crucial. Get it wrong and he'll be following the Phil Brown path. Needs to choose the right club, regardless of location.

Palace have much talk but very little substance and no balls whatsoever. Clear from their two failed attempts at changing from ugly attrition-ball to expansive possession based football.

Potters a great manager but I'm not sure that would be a good fit for them.

True, he’s already been sold a “here for the long game” pup, big big gamble to believe things will be any different at knee jerk Palace

That’s just not really true, is it? If he wants to manage in the Premier League again then there are what, 5-10 clubs absolute max that he’d have a chance at getting a job at. Palace are a stable Premier League club with a half decent squad, they would surely be one of the better options of that 5-10 for him.

If you’re talking about ‘principles’ as in not managing Palace after managing Brighton then you are living in cloud cuckoo land. He’s not from Brighton, he’s never had any real affiliation with us and he’s managed another club since. To turn down another Premier League job based on this would be absolute insanity for an ambitious Coach.
