No it doesn't. Totally dependent on what sort of forward player he is. That would be totally acceptable for a Heskey-type player, bringing the best out of all players around them.

He would average 7-8 goals in a 46 game season (on past history of course). I said that this ratio needed to improve. Do you really disagree? Yes, a strikers ability to bring others into the game is hugely important but they still have to be able to hit the oninon bag.

4 of Hoskins' 9 appearances this year have lasted less than 20 minutes.
7 of Lulua's 19 appearances this year have lasted 20 mins or less
4 of Vinceot's 19 appearances this year have lasted 12 minutes or less


Navarro has had 20 appearances to Sparrow's 19. However, Sparrow has played almost 250 minutes more than Navarro.
Noone has 26 appearances to Dunk's 27. Dunk has played almost 770 minutes more.


You might as well say:
Vokes is 75 starts, 33 goals. (all competitions)
58 starts, 27 goals (in the league)

Equally as deceptive as at least two of Vokes's goals came off the bench this year, so you'd be including goals scored in sub appearances with number of starts.
