I used to collect stupid names a few years ago (he says chewing on the cuff of his anorak) and from memory:
An indian called Jiant Dikshit
A lady called Positive Wassaman (I believe the Wassaman test a pregnancy test in the 60's)
My parents old next door neighbour Basil Balls
A bloke called Lance Cock
I know 2 Mike Hunt's (1 is groundsman at Lords)
Will Power
Rainbow Blue Nelson
Pat Mycock
and many, many more...

Heard on the radio once about an Indian woman who's first name was Arminda.

She married a bloke who's surname was Bath.

Names i remember include:

Alec DICK,
Rawbottom,
obviously the Navy very own HORNBLOWER,

When i worked at ESCC, there was the usual pratt so we left a message on his desk to phone A Leon at (Windsor Safari Park]

the next day it was

Jack Russell at Battersea Dogs Home

then a few days later

A Terrier at another dogs home.

There is a company called Horniman, a great place to work

There was a cashier in Lloyds Bank Portsmouth called Jane Bangs in my student days. I was alway glad that Peter Shirtliffe never played for us.

In the early 90's Ireland had a foreign minister called Dick Spring, think he may even have played international rugby before turning to politics.
