Great signing, position we needed the most, Prem standard, 'only' 30 but for a keeper that's like 25 for an outfield player. Excited to see if we can get a couple more of his quality and keep everyone we want. Even better that it's a free transfer (bound to be signing fee and moderate wages but still good deal)

This together with Tony Bloom's recent statement make me a happy bunny.

I may be wrong, but this has to be the first time the Albion have had a player with THREE Z's in his name

Great news.
Explains Gus's relaxed stance on no transfers so far. As last year, he knew what was really happening.

And deception by Oatway c. one month ago when he stated the Club were happy with Brez & Ank as their main keepers for next season.

Now for:
Proven goal poacher.
Class left back.
Class right back who can defend.
A midfield powerhouse.

Will complete the promotion team/squad.

I see this signing a massive statement of intent by the club and a sign we really have a club capable of attracting top players.

Could this also help show Vicente that he really needs to stay?

Agree with everything but right back. More than happy with calde.

Can't wait for Glenn_Murray to claim Kuszczak is unproven whilst Joel Ward and Aaron Wilbrahim are gonna fire Palace to promotion. :lolol:

He also doesn't want Kuszczak thinking he will be a automatic pick and can half-arse it.

This.
Gus has made comments along these lines in interviews before. He wants players that are going to fight for their place, so that he gets the best out of them. Old Kushti is going to have to prove himself in pre-season, otherwise Gus WILL put Brez and/or Casper in front of him to give him a kick up the backside.

Interesting comments on that forum.

1, Dissapointing but understandable, good luck to Kush!

2. Very disappointing. They're no better or bigger than us.

after careful consideration, I have decided to agree with the first view!!!
