The win gear on a b747 are a work of art. They turn 90 degrees as they enter the bay. Certainly not the first time I've seen them jam. ( I was a licensed aircraft engineer for BA for years and a hangar manager)

That smaller plane was at a much higher altitude so not sure on that. Wonder how many times it's going to circle... With a fuel load ready to fly to Las Vegas it's going to be very heavy

That fuel was dumped over the Bristol Channel......

It sort of looks like they are trying to get other landings out of the way first, and it clearly still has a lot of fuel that it needs to run down or dump.
