I must be the only person that is still not impressed with Webster. I agree he can make some decent passes, but he also like the through ball pass, which is so easily read as he dithers. He does that allot. He does not look comfortable on the ball.
IMO, I would rather have Burn on the left side...
I agre. I think Origi is a decent player. He doesn’t fit the mould of a typical Klopp forward, which is why he wants to offload him. He’d make a great partner to Maupay or Connolly.
I totally agree with you on this. He would fit the mould perfectly as an alternative striker (like Murray but faster). He’s a proven scorer. He’s good in the air. He can hold the ball up, and good at drawing a foul. And if nothing else, it will stop the f@(ker scoring against us.
Can’t see...
There are some excellent points on this thread. I don’t think we need to try and find a 15 goal a season striker, just another type of striker. We need an alternative to the style of Maupay and Connolly. Someone like Wood (Burnley). Someone good in the air. A target man to hit in the box or...
I don’t want to rain on the Jogging Bottom parade, but they are nothing compared to a Onsie when it comes to lounge wear!
The beauty of the Onsie, is that it’s an ingenious combination of Jogging Bittoms and a Hoodie. The have a large zip for easy access for when you need a pee. They also have...
There have been a few games this season that we should have won that we didn't. Wolves, Burnley and this game are all games we were up by a goal and allowed the position to get back into the game. That's 6 points dropped. 6 more points would put us in 9th position and looking very comfortable...
F*<king shambles. We have to win these games. We just can't finish off the games that we take the lead. Again we give up two points.
We should be sitting comfortably in a mid table position, but we are sitting just above the relegation zone.
We need one of our lads to fake an injury and waste a bit of time so that potter can get some messages out on the pitch. We have lost it and need to re-group.
It was a great performance. We were by far the better team, and we are starting to believe. We just need to put these teams to the sword when we have such a massive advantage.
Plenty of positives to take from the game, especially Alzate, but we need that creative genius to open up teams and...
If you need me to correct my post, I will. Unfortunately predictive text doesn't recognise Moy, so it came out as May. I just assumed that any Brighton fan who knows our players and knows what happened in the game would realise what had haappened. But thank you for trying to make me look like an...
You're right, the first 30 minutes was dreadful. We just seemed disjointed. Having said that, they weren't any better than us.
For the last 60 minutes, we were by far the better team. We had better control and belief. The only mistake we made was not putting more chances away.
I agree. We take off Murray and March and put on May and Bong, which should have made us defensively stronger. The midfield should have closed down better for their goal.
There are a lot of negatives on here. The points may not be there, but the performances are so much better than last season.
We have outplayed West Ham, Southampton and Burnley, but only got 2 points from those three games, when we should have had at least 6.
Time will tell where we end up...
