Ultramarathon help needed! Have any of you good folk of NSC run an ultra marathon and if so, where did you get your training schedule and importantly what food and drink did you take on board?

Given it is admissions day and the uni is hosting the parking of the cross country races, what is the parking situation for season ticket holders at the University for the Newcastle game?

4th Officials - What is their remit? It seems to me some get involved, some dont. Does anyone know what their "actual" remit is.

Knowing some folk here on NSC who hold Susannah high as a figure of lust (and more), it is a shame to discover such a lush lady is in fact pikey! She has tweeted her enjoyment of their win this week and is following them on said twitter.

Considering taking Lady B somewhere special for her 40th Birthday. Having done lots of european city breaks & New York, Boston is a possibility and she seems keen. Good folk of NSC, can anyone help with any tips, suggestions, hotels, dont go for this reasons etc. Thanks. :thumbsup:
