The annual Superheroes run takes place, Hove Seafront, this Sunday am. There is a kids run, 5k & 10K for adults. Its a good course, speedy for those wanting to post a good time, easy for those just wanting to dress as their favourite superhero and get round. I've done it the last few years and it is a really good, well organised run with a superhero twist.
