Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue where they've been overcharged when using the 'frictionless' bar in WSL?

After the Newcastle game I took 2 pints from the service and about 30 mins later my card was charged nearly £70

I've emailed the club and they've passed me on to their catering provider 'Sodexo' but I've heard nothing from them in over a week. Really frustrating...

£70 got two pints? You should see the prices in The Terrace (and so on…. etc…. add any smart arse comments about the price of things at The Amex here.)

Yeah I knew pint inflation was bad but not £35 a pint bad!

I had a similar issue in a Bar in London a couple of years ago.

quickest way to get a pint in the stadium. never waited longer that 5 mins. The pending charge stays on your account for a while, sometimes disappears and reappears a few days later.

Happened to a friend, took Sodexo over a week to look back through the video footage before processing the refund.
