Would drums / other musical instruments be allowed at Withdean?

Didn't the kids section have trumpets/horns on make some noise day could do that with drums in the east block next to them and woodwind instruments in the north, would be quite funny really tho it would block out the noise of the kids and we could have a right ol' sing song in the south and have a quiet section near the changing rooms in the north!!
