Still blows my mind that Micky Adams thought the great Colin Hawkins was better than Joel Lynch
But did he think he could play left back?Still blows my mind that Micky Adams thought the great Colin Hawkins was better than Joel Lynch
Aw, I have some fond memories of Ali J.
He always had the expectation of a then club-record fee around his neck, and wasn't quite cut out for Premier League football.
He wasn't WOEFUL though. Always put in a 100% and scored one of the great Albion goals.
Nice bloke too, with perfectly groomed hair.
My money is Cashin following the same path as Matt Clarke - will go out on several loans and will eventually get sold for a small profit never to play for us againI’m sure I’m going to get flamed for this, but by the end of the summer, quite possibly Eiran Cashin.
I can’t see him going for over £10mMy money is Cashin following the same path as Matt Clarke - will go out on several loans and will eventually get sold for a small profit never to play for us again
Will depend on how well he performs when on loan. Matt Clarke’s value seemed to increase after getting Derby POTSI can’t see him going for over £10m
Agustein……. Blimey he was poor….Nzozi Toko is a good call. I was so excited when we signed him. But, then again, around that time we also brought the likes of Leon Best and Kemi Agustein into the club.
In my mind kitson was pretty good for us but I just looked up his stats and he scored 2 in 10.Jason Dodd.
Paul Kitson.
Both sick notes at the end of their careers unfortunately
Micky Thomas was having a tough time when he was with us.Mickey Thomas and his namesake Glenn worst player in my view was les Briley
End of thread! He made Ashley Neale look half decent!Mark Farrington
Dahoud is a good shout. He was reportedly one of our highest earners and probably got a very decent signing on fee.Agustein……. Blimey he was poor….
More recently so was Dahoud.
Manu simply abysmal…..
Ferguson and Farrington dreadful
Stephen Dobie
Billy Paynter
Or were they loans?
Jahanbakhsh clearly didn't work out, but he was a far better footballer than Locadia.Locadia & Jahanbakhsh.
Alireza was a very good footballer. He didn't fit and looked like he had some shit going on.Aw, I have some fond memories of Ali J.

Still makes the list for me, based on fee and level of expectation etc. Neither were his fault, he did seem a nice guy and a trier, who gave us a couple of good moments, but he was nowhere near good enough.Jahanbakhsh clearly didn't work out, but he was a far better footballer than Locadia.
There was at least clear ability there. Locadia didn't even vaguely look like a footballer.
