I would have no objection to the police following her add to buy it off of her and then arresting her but not give her any money. A despicable act but Is it technically stealing?
Alan Green says right at the end of the clip, "Mum knows best". Shirley not.

If the Twitter posts are right, he's her partner. The steward at the front, whose number is clearly visible, stood and watched it happen.
In fairness, he probably assumed the better of her. You don't expect to see this sort of thing happen.

This again feels uneasily like one of those sequences where it's hard to decide what's more dispiriting: the fact that meanness consistently occurs in the world or the reactionary capability technology gives people to metaphorically grab their wooden stakes and begin shouting for beheadings.

I'm going to bet the following two things will happen in tomorrow's media.
- Sad photo of devastated child clutching playoff final programme, surrounded by PNE curtains and bedset. "Bint stole my dream" style headline
- Paparazzi style photo of scummy woman and looking scummy. They won't even bother asking her for a quote they'll just make her look as horrible as possible.
- Heartwarming tale of how, as soon as Beckford heard the news, he offered the kid his boots AND a shirt signed by the whole team
Am I missing something?
I bet she is on BENEFITS too
I'm sure it'll all work out for the best. They have got the woman's name on the PNE site.......
