I thought we should have won

I thought El Abd made a mistake, or two but so have I this week and yes pepople have paid me to do a job, but thats life.

I thought the team played their socks off and gave me good value for money

I thought robinson was flagging 5-10 mins before the goal after playing his socks off.

I thought Wilkins should have subbed then but didn't.

I thought I was getting far better value for money for my ST than last year

I think the whiners on here should exercise their right to go and see faultless football but where that is god only knows

I think the team are trying hard this season

I thought the boo's that rang up at the final whistle were totally out of order and seemed to upset Hammond

I think we should all stop knocking the players as we are also part of the team, even though I'm not good at the singing.

I think I am new on here so am prepared to get slated

I think I have finished thank you for listening

Good post.

The subs should have been made with 20 mins to go as it was obvious that some players were tiring and we had run out of ideas.
I don't agree with Byrne that we hadn't made a goal scoring opportunity.

I don't know why people need to blame anyone for yesterday's defeat. I thought, as a team we were superb, but maybe lacked that cutting edge up front. As has already happened this season, we'll play a lot worse and win. So El-Abd's error led the winning goal. So what. He was incredibly unfortunate. It was a mishit cross, he had to go for it and unluckily sliced it at Kuipers from about two yards. By the way, Elphick made an equally poor mistake in the first half which led to a chance (and made the error that cost the goal at Gillinham). Just trying to balance it out a bit.

Not only is a totally inept defender, he has a total disregard for the fans - the people who pay his wages. He's quite clearly not happy, so why not give the shirt to someone like Butters who quite clearly wants to play for the club. I'm absolutely full of praise for all our players tonight, but El Abd can f*** off.

Maybe he has a total disregard for fans because he is the new scapegoat for some of them. Wilkins kept him in today because he had played well in previous games. It is sad that at this club we need a scapegoat but apparently fans have to have someone they can attack rather than supporting the whole team.

Maybe he remembered what happened to Henderson last year at Bournemouth when some of Brighton's "fantastic fans" booed him off after he made a mistake.
