He would be the number one to replace at the moment for me. Midfield is poor, but I think with everyone fit, it'll be fine. The full bacvks though, particually Painter are well out of their depth in the championship

Will we have any new faces in before the game against Southampton? Could we arrange it all now and sign them on January 1st or is that not possible as it is Bank Holiday and we play Sothampton on 2nd. IMHO if we get everybody fit we wont need many if any, possibly a Brian Horton type midfielder.
