I may be derailing this thread but imagine the fall out if a 24 year old Rock Star started dating a 14 year old in the 21st century, which was the case with Priscilla. Not quite as bad as Jerry Lee Lewis....but close!

Not much you can say except "Life was different then" and I'm sure it was a purely platonic relationship until she was 'of age'! I'm imagining Paul Whitehouse's character in the Fast Show, "Me, the King of Rock and Roll with a 14 year old girl, surely not".

As anybody who watched The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert will testify, it is extremely hard to sing Freddie's vocals because of the unique range he possessed. A large number of well known performers attempted this feat with (let's be kind) varying degrees of success! To me the one person who not only did justice to Freddie's vocals but took the song to a new level was George Michael's version of Somebody To Love. I love the smile that Brian May gives at 4:05 as he knows that George has really nailed it.
