I think we should get all the WSU singers to come over and give us all lessons in how to create an atmosphere, as you all seem to have sorted things out in the pidgeon loft...

Hither (sometimes Thither)
I feel i let myself and the team down last night by being part of an unlively north stand. It seems like we need a new song or two to liven things up a bit, which in turn livens up the players on the pitch. Was all a bit meh last eve. I didn't hear a single whistle from the West. But i did hear Ipswich once or twice.

Worthing
i thought the only time we really made any real noise was when we scored and i thought it was very quite last night and i sit in the west stand lower and i thought the atmosphere has been poor for the last 2 games noise wise

Towards the back and middle of the North, we tried to get it going but there was not enough from others around us, The Judge next to me really does try but some people just aren't interested in getting behind us while we are losing, which is when the team need us most. It even ended in our own fans arguing amongst each other about who was singing and who was not, and then some kiddy threatened to slit someone's throat ???

One of the more strange evenings at the AMEX I must say

More and more people are moaning about not liking certain songs  . Fair play to the Judge for trying .

A Northern Outpost
I sat in the south stand, could hear the north and west. Thought it wasn't bad, there were moments of 'Albion' in which the whole stadium joined in, however didn't last very long. Cold, wet Tuesday night. I don't think it was the perfect time to be chanting.

Although, a very drunk fella a few rows in front of me was having a whale of a time, incoherent chants, shirt coming off and just generally being rowdy....incoherently.

Ok here are the stats
North stand average 1st half 92db
West stand average 1st half 98.2db
North stand average 2nd half 95.8db
West stand aveage 2nd half 89.6 db

Its a draw then.

However if you compare it the the season average so far, compound that witht he square route of last season average on a Tuesday, this will also confirm that no-one really has a clue and depends on where you sit.

It isn't all general sale. Most of yesterday would have been season ticket holders due to where they split it. From my seat in the south, I don't think the north was at its best, but it wasn't bad. I only hear the West stand when it really gets going from my seat in the south and that isn't very often. The South West corner was quite good yesterday though.
