Yes, that and other similar incidents.

I agree regarding the abuse Kerry received. It was not one of his better games and he is not one of the most talented players, but he has always shown commitment and how is abusing a player supposed to help improve his performance? I suggest that it is more likely to deflate him and make matters worse.

Maybe I'm too "nice" but I've never been able to come to terms with what people get out of abusing players other than as means of venting their own frustrations and inner anger!!!

Agreed - there is, quite simply, a not insubstantial amount of abuse towards our own players from a vocal but shit-stirring minority, full stop. There was a time - even at Withdean - when "supporters" were just that. Now they're acting like they're at home but there's nothing decent on telly and the wife's burnt their tea.

Not sure where this comes from - no manager is good enough in these people's eyes, whether at club or country level; no player either signed or unsigned is ever to be given the benefit of any doubt. It's easier - if you're very f***ing stupid - to say "he's shit" than "he's trying". What does this mindset achieve exactly? Twats.

Possibly he will, but what part do you suspect his agent had in this? I may be wrong, but I think he is CKR's agent too. Say no more!

which brings us back nicely the the point that if DK hates agents so much and has fallen out with them all, then if I was an agent, i would want my player out to somewhere where I could get on with the owner...not constantly have rucks

Come on Dave, this agent is clearly a grade A prick - DK is sufficiently "one of us" to hate the leeching turds as much as anyone, and says so - he can see the damage they're doing better than anyone else.

It's not like he's not signed players with agents or anything, it's just his - very well-informed opinion - that they're a bunch of unnecessary c*nts, a view which I happen to share.

The revelation that it's the same guy who caused all that trouble with CKR is a very depressing one - this shyster clearly operates at the "highly aggressive" end of the market, hence touting his precious little INTERNATIONAL prodigy around when the window's shut. BUNGtastic.

I am quite squarely in the FDM camp, BUT there has been some ridiculous treatment of Hendo from sections of the fans. The guy behind me who got a volley of abuse from me for slagging Hendo everytime the ball came near our area will testify that despite my preference for Kuipers, I don't accept the degree of criticism that came Hendo's way.

HOWEVER, throwing the toys out of the pram when you are dropped is just not good enough. I didn't like it when Kuipers did it and I don't like it now Hendo has done it. For crying out loud, doesn't he think Wilkins has got enough on his plate? You are bang out of order doing this Hendo. If you don't want to be here then f*** OFF!

I may have got the wrong player but didn't a number of people in the South Stand CHEER when Henderson hurt himself at the start of a game recently (towards the end of last year?)?
I don't recall the south stand cheering when Hendo got injured. But I DO remember the raptuous reception Kuipers got one afternoon when he was warming up by the sand pit. Hendo was in the East goal at the time as well. Maybe that upset him.

Henderson was not exactly in the greatest form before he went on international duty and seemed to be lacking in confidence (maybe something to do with our oh so superb fans having a go and everything he did) so Wilkins was right to bring in Kuipers if he believed he was the keeper in better form.
Shame Henderson has reacted in a way like this but hopefully he will see sense and get back to training hard and going about reclaiming his shirt.
Maybe our 'fans' will support him but i won't hold my breath for the second part

At least I back someone - who the hell do you back? The last but one bandwagon I think you got on was "Leon Knight, he's alright" ooooooooh good call, and the last one Jake Robinson? How did your precious boy do tonight then? :dunce: :D

How could Jake Robinson do anything when the ball was hoofed up to him every single time?

Perhaps Henderson wasn't dropped because he was on international duty?
Maybe DW thought he had a bad game against Crewe in his then role as 1st team coach.
So when DW is then given the caretaker managers job he decides that Henderson is not the best keeper for the Millwall game. If he had been caretaker manager for the Bristol game may have also dropped him them if he hadn't been on international duty. This is all guesswork of course.
I was told last night that when he was appointed DW got each player in individually and explained what he wanted out of them, can hardly imagine he said to Henderson you are dropped because you got called up for Ireland. Can you?
It looks like that if Henderson's agent is the same as CKR's then we may have call in to question the agent's part in all this too.

It's funny how we have never had Michel's side of the story. :glare:
Because throughout the whole incident Michel never said one word to the media - he kept his silence

absolutely everything that went into the media came from one source only

Totally - or what about Perry Digweed? Don't remember him flouncing like a toddler after being kept out by Graham Moseley...then Joe Corrigan...then Moseley again...

Henderson and his bungtastic agent are not fit to lick the steam off Perry Digweed's piss. There's a sentence you won't read every day.

Hmm, not sure about that. Simon Jordan doesn't seem to have that problem getting players - and he's a 24-carat prannet.
