Watford v Brighton
Fourth Official John Fairres

This name rings a bell.

Is he the utter tosspot who gave the penalty against Elphick v Bournemouth last year?

If not - apologies Mr Farries. If I'm right, BURN HIM.

You are correct, referee was Sheldrake but Fairres was the lino who gave it.

Cheers. Thought so.

Luckily, so long as none of the match officials get injured, he's out of harms way tonight playing with the subs board and telling Gus to sit down.

"Jo-ohn Farries, is a wanker, is a wanker..."

At least he's only the fourth official tonight.
That decision was the worst I saw all season, and I've seen some crappy ones!

Come on, Albion! 2-1 tonight please.
Don't really care who scores, even a couple of Watford own goals will do me.

watching that shows what a great outlet glenn murray was for us . hopefully paynter will do the same

It does, but it also shows how well Barnes and Wood linked up well with him. Would've been good to keep both but life goes on !

There will be a minutes applause at The Keepmoat this evening to celebrate the tragically short life of Billy Sharp's son , who passed away after 2 days.

tonight is the 750th game of my Brighton watching career, and I am going for a 1-0 win, MacKail-Smith to scorer a diving header

And you've kept count?!

I wish I'd done that.

Hoped to be there tonight but couldn't organise a carer so listening on SeagullsPlayer - if we play as well as we did at St Andrews once Paynter came on I think we have every chance of a 3-1 or 3-2 win.
