It was a pen but the Upson one was even more clearly so.

I saw the replay on the press screen on that incident, the defender 100% won the ball and it would have been harsh to give a second yellow. My first instinct was sending off though.

Kaz was booked for tackling from behind, even though he won the ball.
Their defender did the same thing and wasn't booked.

Not saying either should have been. All we want is consistency.
