Go and see The stranglers!
I have seen The Stranglers 4 times (most recently in Bristol last year) one of the most underrated bands still on the scene. Lots of familiar songs and great musicianship especially on 'Walk on By' and 'No More Heroes'.

Saw them last year as well. They were my first ever live gig in 1982 at the Brighton Centre. Amazing.
Took Mrs Hamilton last year, who had never paid much attention to them, and she thought they were great. One thing she noted, was how much stuff she thought she had heard before but clearly hadn't. She just put it down to the fact that they can write and play a damn fine tune.
Personally, I think they're one of the greatest bands the UK has ever produced.
Beatles, Stones, Clash, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Smiths, Oasis, Pink Floyd, Queen, The Stranglers.
They don't look out of place for me. For me.
